Shipping policy
How long will shipping take?
We ship mostly from UPS and USPS for domestic orders, but we can ship internationally using UPS, USPS, or DHL eCommerce! You will see calculated shipping prices depending on where your package is going at checkout. We ship out from Las Vegas, NV so the further you are, the longer it might take.
International orders will take longer to deliver based on which delivery service you choose, so you may need to check with your local post office to pick up your order.
Why is shipping so expensive?
Shipping calculations are based on our largest shipping package by default, which is a 11" x 8" x 2" cardboard box. Of course, sometimes we won't need to ship your package in that large of a box, so we will try our best to refund any extra shipping amount before shipping it out.
Is there free shipping?
Yes! For US customers, all orders over $75 get free standard shipping via USPS Ground Advantage. The discount should be applied automatically at checkout.
Is there a flat rate for shipping?
There is! But only for small and flat items that collectively weigh less than a pound and are shipping to US and Canada addresses. For US customers, the Flat Rate is $6 USD and uses USPS Ground Advantage, while for Canada customers, it’s $~17 USD ($25 CAD) for UPS Standard. Due to tariffs and inflation, the prices for flat rate have increased a smidge!
How can I check my order status?
You will get an email with your tracking information once your package has shipped. It may take a bit before you see movement in your shipment.
Once I place an order, when does it ship out?
Shipping estimates at checkout include about a week for processing time, but we will try to get your order out sooner rather than later, depending on the volume of orders. if an item becomes out of stock, we will let you know if you wish to cancel or modify your order.
Do you charge for VAT, import taxes, etc?
Yes, depending on the items being shipped. You may have to pay for these extra fees depending on your country.
